Il fondo in cui nasce questo piccolo ristorante, nel cuore di Lucca, affaccia su Piazza Cittadella, da tutti conosciuta e rinominata come Piazza Puccini vista la presenza della statua dedicata al compositore lucchese Giacomo Puccini.
Ci troviamo immersi in uno scorcio di città decisamente caratteristico, nel quale ancora si respira l’atmosfera bohémien, quando artisti e sognatori si ritrovavano durante i pomeriggi languidi.
La spinta progettuale prende vita da questo atteggiamento romantico e sfuggevole: il risultato è uno spazio caratterizzato da tendaggi chiari che vanno a vestire le pareti scure e che, a tratti, mostrano o nascondono immagini di una vita che fu.

The building where this small restaurant is located, in the heart of Lucca, overlooks Piazza Cittadella, known and renamed as Piazza Puccini, given the presence of the statue dedicated to the composer who was born and lived in this city, Giacomo Puccini.
We find ourselves immersed in a very characteristic area of the city, in which we still breathe the bohemian atmosphere, when artists and dreamers gathered during the languid afternoons.
The planning thrust comes to life from this romantic and fleeting attitude: the result is a space characterized by dark walls hiding beneath light curtains that, now and then, show or hides images of a life that was.
