L’armonia, nella vita di tutti i giorni, così come anche nella progettazione, costituisce un indubbio elemento discriminante nella definizione di qualità e bellezza.

L’armonia, però, non potrebbe esistere e non avrebbe ragion d’essere se non vi fosse anche il contrasto, come quello che regola il dialogo tra un volume che richiama l’archetipo per antonomasia della casa, con copertura a capanna e finiture ad intonaco, e l’innesto di un elemento, basso, in pietra che tenta di contenere, stringere ed abbracciare il primo.

L’attenzione progettuale, quindi, risiede nella ricerca di un equilibrio nella composizione, così come dei fratelli o delle sorelle che, pur non avendo avuto la possibilità di scegliersi, trovano il modo per convivere, conoscersi ed amarsi.

Harmony, in everyday life, as well as in design, is undoubtedly a discriminating element in the definition of quality and beauty.

Harmony, however, could not exist and would have no reason to exist if there were not contrast as well, such as the one that regulates the dialogue between a volume that recalls the archetype par excellence of the house -with a hut roof and plaster- and the grafting of a lower element, in stone, that tries to contain, tighten and embrace the first.

The attention in the designing process, therefore, lies in the search for a balance in the composition, as well as the brothers or sisters who, despite not having had the opportunity to choose one another, find the way to get along, know and love each other.
